We provide mobile auto locksmith services, including cutting and coding car keys, spare keys, fob repairs and vehicle lockouts, carried out at your location by us or by a qualified auto locksmith from our network.

• Any price shown or given over the phone or messaging is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is confirmed as a fixed price before any work begins.
• The final price depends on the vehicle, the key type and the work required. If details change on arrival, we will agree any revised price with you before starting.
• There is no call-out fee, and if we are unable to complete the work there is no charge.

Payment is taken on completion of the work. We accept card, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash and bank transfer.

Submitting the quote form is a request for us to contact you, not a confirmed booking. You can cancel a booked visit at any time before the locksmith arrives by contacting us. If a locksmith has already been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible.

You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised to request work on it, and that the information you give us is accurate. We may ask for proof of ownership or identity before carrying out work.

Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
