Data access & deletion requests

• We acknowledge every request by email with a reference number.
• We may ask for proof of identity so we don't disclose your data to someone else.
• We respond within one calendar month. Complex requests can be extended by a further two months — we'll tell you if that happens.
• Access and portability requests are supplied as a machine-readable file plus a plain summary.
• Erasure requests remove your enquiry records unless we're legally required to keep something (for example invoicing and tax records).
• Requests are free. We only charge for manifestly excessive or repeated requests.
